If you received the incorrect item or the product has arrived damaged, please contact customer support by email - firstname.lastname@example.org - and let us know what the problem. We will do our best to fix any mistakes or damages. We respond to emails within 24 hours during the week. Emails sent on the weekend get answered on Monday.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt. All returned items must be in the same condition as they were received for a full refund. Otherwise a 15% restocking fee will be issued.
To return an item please fill out and include the Merchandise Return Form and pack the item carefully. Customer is responsible for return shipment costs. If you use the prepaid FedEx Return Label, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please allow 14 business days for your return to be processed once it is received.
